Disclosure Incident From College

In all honesty, I was more than a bit scared to apply to law school when I found out I would be having to disclose an incident during my time in college. I immediately paid for a phone call with Anna and had a great conversation with her. I detailed what happened and got advice on how I should try and present this information in a positive light on my application. She quickly and confidently assured me that I was making the right decision to disclose the incident, as opposed to hoping it wouldn’t resurface somewhere down the line. I felt okay about the situation even though the charges against me were quite serious, but I really did think it would end up having a substantial impact on my acceptances.

Anna was wonderful throughout the whole process, giving me ideas for how to best articulate what happened. She was kind, patient, intelligent, and serious about limiting the damage as much as we could to help my case when applying to these schools. In all our interactions, she had a very positive attitude and was a delight to engage with.

I am so grateful to Anna and very much in her debt. With a GPA in the very low 3s and an LSAT in the high 160s, I was fortunate enough to be accepted to 8 schools, put on waitlists for multiple T14s, and accepted to a T25 school that I will be attending — with a half tuition scholarship! If I had to do it all over again, I would do the same exact thing and pay for Anna’s services up front. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with a somewhat nuanced issue they may not be entirely sure how to approach. You won’t regret it!
